Security, retention, and deletion notice
SnapReport is designed to support secure reporting workflows, controlled company access, and clearer records for field and office use. Security, retention, and deletion obligations can still depend on customer policy, operating practice, platform behavior, and applicable law.
Security controls
SnapReport may use measures such as:
- authenticated access controls;
- private storage paths for report assets where applicable;
- validation of submitted report data and uploaded files;
- rate-limiting or similar controls around repeated failed access attempts; and
- logout or session-clearing behavior for certain locally stored data.
Retention and deletion principles
Retention can vary based on customer contracts, legal obligations, dispute needs, support requirements, and ordinary backup or operational practices. SnapReport may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect the platform, comply with law, enforce agreements, investigate misuse, or respond to valid requests.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for their own internal retention policies, legal-hold procedures, evidence-handling expectations, workplace notices, deletion decisions, and compliance with applicable privacy and employment requirements.
Deletion requests
Requests for access, export, correction, or deletion may be submitted through shield.snapreport@gmail.com. Additional verification may be required before action is taken. See Account and Data Deletion and the Privacy Policy.
Security reporting
If you believe there has been unauthorized access, credential compromise, cross-company data exposure, or another security issue involving SnapReport, contact shield.snapreport@gmail.com promptly and include a factual description of the issue. Do not send passwords, PINs, or secrets by email.
