SnapReport is committed to making its field-reporting and office-review tools more usable for people with disabilities. We aim to support clear navigation, readable content, practical touch targets, and assistive technologies that help people complete work in the field and in the office.
Accessibility support
If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using SnapReport, contact shield.snapreport@gmail.com and include:
- the app or site area where the barrier occurred;
- the device model, operating system, and version;
- the app version or browser if known; and
- a short description of what happened.
Product-accessibility expectations
SnapReport accessibility work includes review for:
- VoiceOver and other screen-reader support where applicable;
- readable content at larger Dynamic Type or text-size settings;
- sufficient contrast and non-color-only status communication;
- safe touch targets and usable controls on mobile devices;
- predictable focus order through the reporting workflow; and
- meaningful labels for form fields, actions, and error states.
Scope
This statement applies to public SnapReport web pages, the field workflow, and related company-facing product surfaces that are actively maintained by SnapReport.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. SnapReport may update interfaces, wording, layouts, and support guidance over time as the product changes and accessibility reviews continue.
